Absolem Caterpillar Prop

Introducing the Absolem Caterpillar Prop, the ultimate addition to your Wonderland party! This wise creature stands at 40cm tall by 40cm wide and is printed directly on to high quality MDF and CNC cut to shape.

With its illustrative design, it has been created to compliment our existing Alice in Wonderland original illustration props. When creating our wooden cutouts from the original book illustrations, we found it hard to find an illustration of Absolem himself, that translated well into a standalone prop. As we couldn't, we designed this artwork ourselves to match the original illustrations. Like the rest of our Alice in Wonderland book illustrations we added a simple block colour pallet, and let the line details do the shading.

Contrary to the book his hands, or claws or legs? Not entirely sure what to call them! They have been left empty rather than adding his signature hookah pipe to the illustration. This means you can leave him as he is or as an extra touch add your own 3D real life hookah pipe and cable tie ot to his hand, maybe even some theatrical smoke if you want tongo the extra mile.

Use this prop alongside our other Wonderland props to transform any space into a whimsical Wonderland.
