Fortune Teller Sign

Fortune Teller Sign measuring 41cm wide by 50cm tall and printed directly onto quality 6mm MDF then cut to shape.

This artwork has been created using a hand drawn then digitally edited font, each letter is unique with free flowing curls, and subtly uneven widths . Flat coloured lettering with no shadows to create a hand drawn look, to seem as if the fortune teller themselves has created this sign. The shapes and colours of the decals and scrolls on the sides and bottom have been inspired by a Victorian Great British Railway Insurance poster. The Eye has moderate shading and a slightly hazy star of light behind it to make it pop out. A gold effect trim and gold effect dots around eyes have been added to give it a slight touch of mystique and fortune. A very slight vignette around the text has been added to give it a little more depth but without taking away from the naive flat colour of the artwork.
